This event is free, open to the public, and generously hosted on private property over which the facilitating organizations reserve all rights to dictate all performances, vending, assemblies, participation, and attendees permitted and not permitted without rationale. This event is "all-ages" accessible, and guardians are responsible for utilizing their own discretion as to what activities and performances are deemed suitable for their youth/teens to attend/experience. Click the performing musicians'/artists' urls to aide you in deciding which performances you and yours will attend. Attendees 10+under are welcome w/an accompanying legal guardian, and tables designated for teen and youth information and activities are available on a first come/served basis.

This is a grassroots event, and performances are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. There are no refunds of donations, even in the event of a performance or activity cancellation.

Our stage's canopy should enable the show to go on, even if it rains, however, we recommend you prepare like a Pacifc Northwesterner, with adequate all weather clothing, hat, sunglasses, chapstick, sunscreen, shoes, backpacks etc.

Although no food or drinks are provided by the concert, Fred Meyer wis providing food trucks outside of the concert, and there's a diversity of restaurants and cafes in the Greenwood neighborhood with to-go menus. There will be a table near the entrance of the concert to provide for attendees to eat the food they bring themselves eg: take-out, or groceries

Greenwood Blasts Off TM, does not receive donations to assist Greenwood businesses or individuals. Our focus is on youth/teen services joining forces to encourage, empower, and equip Greenwood youth/teens to engage and contribute their positive energy and creativity, eg: music performances, artistic expression, and thoughts toward Greenwood's relief, re-envisioning, and rebuilding efforts.

This event's estimated attendance is less than 1,000 at one time, first come/served, so attendees are encouraged to enter, leave, and re-enter the event periodically to enjoy performances and exploring Greenwood.

We're encouraging concert attendees to explore Greenwood's unique variety of grocery, restaurants, cafes, catering, and watering holes to encourage business owners in-person and get a taste of our community!

ACCESSIBILITY
Because the designated concert space has a set capacity and space is available on a first come/served basis, contact the North Seattle Boys & Girls Club to coordinate ADA accessibility, eg: viewing areas, navigation routes, recharging and storage of assistive equipment, deaf and/or hard of hearing Active Listening Devices and HERE Active Listening Systems, ASL interpreters. Fred Meyer Greenwood's parking lot and restrooms are wheelchair accessible on a first come/serve basis.

Only attendees with mobility impairments may use manual and electric mobility devices. Power wheelchairs and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed for use by people with mobility impairments. Devices not covered under federal or state law including two-wheeled scooters, golf carts, or all-terrain vehicles are not permitted.

STROLLERS
Slings and backpacks are recommended, because the surrounding parking lot will be functional, and strollers are not allowed inside the designated concert area, nor available for loan or rental.

ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted in the concert area except for service animals as specified by federal and state law. Due to large-scale service animal fraud and for the safety of attendees, staff, and other service animals, all animals which do not meet the legal standards will not be allowed into the concert area. All service animals must be registered. Please note that comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy animals are not considered service animals and will not be allowed in the concert area.
