INFO VENDORS

EDUCATING & OUTREACHING DURING THE CONCERT

provide the Greenwood community, especially youth/teens, greater access to household and neighborhood preparedness/safety, relief/rebuilding efforts, and local resources.

AFFECTED BUSINESSES + INDIVIDUALS

If you are interested in supporting affected individuals + businesses, or learning more about the community action plan in the works, visit PNA's Greenwood relief efforts page.  Greenwood Blasts Off TM, does not receive donations to assist Greenwood businesses or individuals.  Our focus is on youth/teen services joining forces to encourage, empower, and equip Greenwood youth/teens to engage and contribute their positive energy and creativity, eg: music performances, artistic expression, and thoughts toward Greenwood's relief, re-envisioning, and rebuilding efforts.

Although advised to provide education and outreach appropriate for ages 7-17, the information, education and outreach materials provided during the concert are self-determined/created by the collaborating informational vendors of their own accord, without oversight from GreenwoodBlastsOff.

Although informational vendors may not ask for donations, donations can be accepted if given.  If you are interested in volunteering with or learning more about an informational vendor, connect with them directly.

If you, your business, or organization would like to share your interest in informational vending at GreenwoodBlastsOff Community Summer Concert, submit the "Info Vendor Education & Outreach Interest Form," without expectation of acceptance, confirmation or reply.  Though you will receive an auto-reply when your form has been successfully submitted, if you, your business, or organization do not receive a reply confirming that you have been approved as an information vendor, assume that you have not been approved.

 

GreenwoodBlastsOff reserves the right to determine approval of informational vendors without rationale disclosure.  Informational vendors must be pre-approved by GreenwoodBlastsOff, and  the presence of non-approved informational vendors will be considered trespassing on private property.

EQUIPMENT SPONSOR
In addition to providing nutritious meals and work opportunities for hungry and homeless neighbors in the Puget Sound area, The Upper Crust Catering Co + their non-profit Urban Hands regularly allocate space for Greenwood visual artists to host exhibitions, and made the generous in-kind donation of the drop-off, pick-up and utilization of 10 tables and 20 chairs to support the informational vendors at this event!  Concert attendees are encouraged to stroll off-site to visit and support Greenwood businesses, so do stop-in for a taste of their culinary creativity!

NOTE:  Info Vendor Education & Outreach Form Submissions accepted until NOON WED AUG  24TH, and example materials submission deadline is 4PM THUR AUG 25 TH.
